Michael ''Mike'' Devers, 54, of Helena, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at home. He was born on Monday, June 1, 1970 in Helena, Arkansas to Herman Devers and Elaine Ramsey Devers.
Mike earned an associate's degree in business administration at the Phillips County College of the University of Arkansas in Helena, Arkansas. He managed Arwood Jewelry, was a sales manager for the Daily World and owned and operated his cattle farm since 2008. He attended the Fourth Street Baptist Church in West Helena, Arkansas. Mike enjoyed spending time with family and his livestock.
He is survived by his mother, Elaine Devers of West Helena, Arkansas; grandmother, Allene Ramsey of Huntsville, Arkansas; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Devers.
Pallbearers will be Derward Mauldin, Earshel Mauldin, Randy Sanders and Charles Edgin.
A graveside service for Michael ''Mike'' Devers will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at the LaGrange Cemetery in LaGrange, Arkansas. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel in West Helena, Arkansas. Brother Lance Madden will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the LaGrange Cemetery:
