Roxanne was such a delight to work with when we both were officers of the Republican Womens' Club. She was always pleasant and cheerful. Recall the Fly fisherman luncheons that we did at St. Andrews.
She made others better people by sharing her happy Christian attitude. May rest in peace.
My deepest condolences to the family. I grew up with Roxanne in Southgate California, and called her my best friend. We had so much fun together growing up. I stayed overnight at her house often and I have to admit we got into a lot of mischief. As all teenagers do. We had planned to be together this week at my home in Michigan. I wish so much I could’ have seen her again. There is no question the angels had their arms open for her. She was a blessed person.
I sure liked Roxanne, called her Roxie. I went to school at Jordan high school in Long Beach and graduated the same year 1963. The schools were very close. We joked around and made friends at the Elks. I was shocked to see her passing, I know she will surely be missed by many at the Elks. She was a great lady, So sad her friend Phil Scott
So sorry to hear of Roxanne’s passing. A great lady. Miss her and Stu. Our deepest sympathies, Betty and John Brinkmeier. Elks care.
