Chief Morrow will always be remembered as a friend, officer, and servant. It was an honor to work for and with him for many years. He enjoyed helping people and making things better. As an officer he served with distinction. As a friend he was always available. As a servant he supported the community. He was kind to those in need and he sincerely loved our town and county.

Prayers for the family.
