Virginia (Ginger) Ann Holaway, 66, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born in San Deigo, California on January 28, 1958, daughter of the late Floyd Leroy Holaway and Ester Virginia (Bryant) Holaway. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, adoptive mother, adoptive grandmother, friend, and bookkeeper. Ginger was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sebastopol, California. She enjoyed beadwork and making Christmas ornaments. Christmas was her favorite holiday. Taking her adopted grandchildren to see the area Christmas light displays was the highlight of the Christmas season for Ginger.
Ginger is survived by her mother, Ester Virginia Holaway of Viola, Arkansas; one Brother, Bill Holaway and wife Teresa of Clearlake, California, one adopted brother, Granville Porter Howell and Julie Henslee of Viola, Arkansas, one adopted sister, Debbie Moore and husband Danny of Viola, Arkansas; four adopted children, Terri Boatwright and husband Brad of Portland, Oregon, Jamie Howell of Viola, Arkansas, Beth Steed and husband TJ of Ash Flat, Arkansas, Annie Lundry and husband Lee of Viola, Arkansas; Six adopted grandchildren, Wesley Boatwright, Braxton Howell, Audrie Comstock, Conner Lundry, Joel Leon Lundry, and Remington Floyd Lundry.
She was proceeded in death by her father, Floyd Leroy Holaway and her sister, Esther Delilah (Holaway) Cowdrick.
A Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Baxter Memorial Gardens in Mountain Home.
Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.

I was shocked to hear of Ginger's passing. She was so sweet and I truly enjoyed working with her over the years. She will be missed. Prayers for all her family in this difficult time.
