Dear Debora, Mary and Weldon, I loved your mom and always called her mom as she was one of my mamas too. While y’all all lived here it was pretty easy to pop in and see her pretty often. She was honest and told you what she thought but I always appreciated that. I missed her all those years she has been gone but, I was blessed to get to spend a week at her house when Debora went to visit her a few months ago. Lords and I were both in wheelchairs at the time and we just tried not to pass in the hall. I’m so glad I got to spend that time with her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as I know how hard it is to loose your momma.

It warms my heart to hear how many people enjoyed spending time with my mom. It' s never easy to say 'good bye' but I know that alot of the health issues that she was suffering through are no longer an issue. I'm thankful for that. She was ready to spend more time with her mom and I know that my grandma is glad to have her with her. Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts/memories. It makes this alittle easier to bear.

I will miss catching up with Aunt Loreda by phone. So glad that my husband, Brian, was able to meet her by phone.

I will always cherish the last few days she gave me with Grandma. I pray she is with her and my Dad and catching up in Heaven.

Will always love you,
Monique & Brian
