I was a childhood friend of Sidney Ambrose from 1954-1957. Our families lived nextdoor to each other on Tatum Road in Memphis, TN.
I was two years older than Sidney and we were close friends during those years and we enjoyed each other's company. I remember teaching Sidney how to tie her shoes. Upon hearing of her passing it brought back fond memories of my childhood friend and much sadness.
Sidney never left my memory or my heart and I will always remember my friend Sidney Ambrose.
