Robert Lee Smith, age 90, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at Conway Health and Rehab in Conway, Arkansas. He was born in Leslie, Arkansas on June 17th, 1933 to Jewel Smith Archer.
Robert was a Korean War Veteran of the US Army. He was a retired construction worker and farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Reba Garner Casto Smith of the home; son, Roger Dale Smith and wife, Becky of Harrison; granddaughter, Crystal Hendrix of Alread and numerous great-grandchildren; extended family and friends who will also mourn his passing.
Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Jewel Archer; his first wife, Genita Maxey Smith; son, Tommy Lee Smith; grandson, Michael Lee Smith; granddaughter, Tracy Dawn Smith and great-granddaughter, Kylie Jo Hendrix.
Graveside services for Robert will be 1:00 PM Monday, May 20th, 2024 at Red Hill Cemetery near Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Allen Brock officiating. Robert will be laid to rest with Military Honors. Bearers will be Verlan Casto, Danny Casto, Shawn Casto, Tom Casto, Hunter Casto and Austin Beavers. Honorary bearers will be Daniel Casto, Dylan Casto and Jarrett Casto.
