Phyllis Louise Streithorst, 75, a resident of Clarksville passed away Monday, May 6, 2024 in Clarksville.
She was born November 6, 1948 in McAlester, Oklahoma to the late Clarence and Helen (James) Breckenridge. Over the years Phyllis was known by her family and friends as a wonderful cook and homemaker. Customers of both A & H Café and Ozark Restaurant in Ozark came to enjoy her wonderful cooking. In addition to her years cooking in restaurants, Phyllis loved cooking and caring for her family and friends. If Phyllis were around there was never an appetite not filled nor a dish left unclean. Along with her devotion to her family was her Savior Jesus Christ. Phyllis faithfully worshipped at the Russellville Christian Center. In her spare time, Phyllis enjoyed word search, jigsaw puzzles, Solitaire and most importantly beating others in a game of Rummy.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by a son, Fraser Streithorst; two brothers, Jackson ''Jack'' Breckenridge and Leroy ''Sonny'' Jones and two sisters, Mary Ann Lingle and Shirley Thorton.
Survivors include a son, William Streithorst and wife, Christina of Clarksville; a daughter, Amanda Gail Kelley and husband, Aaron of London; a stepdaughter, Shannon Ray Streithorst of Austin, Texas; a daughter-in-law, Kayla Streithorst of Eureka Springs; 11 grandchildren, Nicholas and Christopher Riffle, both of Austin, Texas, Alaura Streithorst and significant other, Wyatt Vaughn of Clarksville, Tryston Streithorst and wife, Ashlyn of Clarksville, Quintin Streithorst of Clarksville, Jonathan Streithorst of Clarksville, Noah Kelley and significant other, Kiona Iorio of London, McKenzie Kelley and significant other, Cody Horn of Russellville, Mayanna Kelley of Pottsville, Bryce Townley of Clarksville and Jasmin Streithorst of Clarksville; two great grandchildren, Madelyn Streithorst and Navy Dru Kelley; her husband, Hugh R. Streithorst; a brother, Harold Breckenridge of McAlester, Oklahoma and a sister, Patricia ''Patsy'' Boyd of McAlester, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksvillle.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Lamar Cemetery with Sister Susan Allen officiating under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville.
Pallbearers will be Tryston, Quintin and Jonathan Streithorst, Noah Kelley, Bryce Townley, Wyatt Vaughn and Cody Horn. Nicholas and Christopher Riffle will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Haven Ministries, 1157 South Rogers, Clarksville, AR 72830 or a woman's shelter of the donor's choice.

Mom you have always been the best person ever, a wonderful genuine soul whom loved her children dearly and took me in as well as one of your own and loved me and taught me and accepted me, no more suffering momma , give everyone in heaven my love save us a spot in heaven
