Barbara, Dianne and family.
I am saddened to receive word of Mr. Raper’s passing. He was a very positive influence for me during my first years of teaching in Luxora and Osceola. As well as a true disciple of Christ while attending church with him and his Family in Luxora. I will ever remember him and Mrs. Idell for their kindness.
