Patricia Strassle Baxter, 79, of Bigelow, Arkansas passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 18, 2024 in Conway, Arkansas. She was born September 29, 1944 to Anthony and Helen (Allen) Strassle in Bigelow, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Troy Carl Baxter and her son, David Baxter.

Pat was a graduate of Bigelow High School. On July 2, 1966 she married the love of her life, Carl Baxter, and together they raised a loving family. Pat worked for Baptist Health in Little Rock before she retired. Pat enjoyed taking care of her family, babysitting all of her grandchildren and spending time watching and cheering them on in sports.

Pat is survived by son, Troy Baxter (Michelle); daughter, Carla Alexander (Nathan); brother-in-law, Kenneth Baxter (Barbara); grandchildren, Brandon Baxter (Haley), Courtney Baxter, Hunter Alexander, Carter Alexander; great-grandchildren, Matilda Baxter, Koralie Baxter, Dallas Baxter; along with many other family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all. There will be a visitation on Saturday, April 20 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Bigelow, Arkansas at 10:00 am. Funeral mass will immediately follow at 10:30 am officiated by Father John Connell. Burial at St. Boniface.

Pallbearers will be Tony Hughes, Mike Kingrey, Phil Strassle. Dustin Worlow, Cody Worlow and Michael Strassle.
