Nola Daniel, born September 14, 1950, passed away on April 16, 2024, in West Memphis, Arkansas. She was 73 years old.
Nola was born to Herbert Burroughs and Marrilian Jerden in Wynne, Arkansas. She was a graduate of Parkin High School and cosmetology school. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She worked at the First Baptist Daycare and the Beauty Bar. Nola loved cooking, decorating cakes, quilting, and thrifting.
Nola was preceded in death by her father and mother; and sisters, Sylvetta Young and Bonnie Turner.
Surviving Nola is her husband of 52 years, Richard Daniel; daughters, Dickie Jean Daniel and Aaron Elizabeth Daniel; grandchildren, John Keaton Daniel, Harris Catherine Hale, and Joseph William Hale; brothers, Waymon Burroughs and Thomas Burroughs; and sisters, Betty Eubanks and Jackie Burroughs.
Services for Nola Daniel will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Memphis, Arkansas, on April 22, 2024. Visitation will begin at 12 PM with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place at Crittenden Memorial Park, Marion, Arkansas.
I just found out about Nola’s passing today. I’m in total shock. I’m so sorry Dickie. She was one of the kindest, most caring person I ever knew. I haven’t seen her much lately but loved running into her and catching up on the family. She loved her family so very much. She will be missed. Prayers for you and the girls and grandkids.
