Larry Wayne Douglas Brooks, 53, of Jonesboro, AR passed away on Sunday April 7, 2024. He was born on September 17, 1970, to Stella Louise Jones. He was known as the jack of all trades to all that he helped in life. Larry never met a stranger. He worked as a carpenter and a mechanic on small engines. Larry was an outdoorsy man that enjoyed fishing, riding ATVs, mudding, riding horses, and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Katharina Talton.
Those left to cherish the memory of Larry are his wife of 21 years, April Brooks; son, Larry Brooks; daughter, Ashley Turner (Sean); and sister, Kimberly Shelby.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2024, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 W Washington Ave. Jonesboro, AR 72401.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.
