Odis Byron Snyder, Jr., ''Jukebox Man,'' of Marianna, Arkansas passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024 in Marianna, Arkansas. Mr. Snyder was born Friday, February 25, 1938 in West Helena, Arkansas to the late Odis Byron Snyder, Sr. and Jewell Claire.
Odis attended the Cypert Church of Christ. For many years he ran Helena Entertainment Company, servicing jukeboxes and pinball machines all across the Tri-County area. Odis also enjoyed music, especially playing bass. He was a loving family man who also loved to travel every chance he got.
Left to cherish his memory, a loving wife of over sixty-five years, Janice Snyder; one daughter, Karen Elmore (Gary) of West Helena, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Shane May and Bryon Elmore; two great grandchildren, Liam May and Jordan Taylor May; one sister, Barbra; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Odis is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, David Snyder and one sister, Sandra Becker.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena, Arkansas.

Janice and Karen I want you to know that I have fond memories of Mr. Snyder when ya'll lived just across the road from us. He was so nice to us younger kids and let us play pinball at your home. He most certainly will be missed!

Janice and family… I’m so sorry to hear about Byron. He always had a smile, time to visit with you. I can’t count the times he rescued our pinball machine, May Gid keep you in his care now, and all the days ahead.

We had many long visits over the years, such a sweet & talented man & loved Mrs Janice & his family so very much & would give everything he had to help his family always.
