Jimmie Wayne White, age 64, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at home with his family. He was born in Wichita, Kansas on October 5th, 1959 to Eugene Charles White and Christine Brownfield White. Jimmie married Paula Wilson in Wichita, Kansas on March 15th, 1980.
Jimmie spent his working years as a factory laborer in the plastic industry. He enjoyed all of his co-workers. He also worked in the landscaping business. Jimmie enjoyed playing softball and football. He liked to watch football games. Sports meant a lot to him. He was also an avid animal lover. Jimmie loved to spend time with his family, especially with the grandchildren.
Survivors include his mother, Christine Fowler of Wichita, KS; his wife, Paula White of Fredonia, KS; four sons, Joshua White (Amanda) of Marshall, Tommy White (Jennifer) of Eureka, KS, Jeffery White (Callie) of Coffeyville, KS and Chris Luper (Tiffany) of Sedgwick, KS; two step-sons, Tad Ogden (Lora) of Marshall and Tab Ogden of Marshall; brothers, Allen White, William White, Johnny White, Tracy White and Tommy White all of Wichita, KS; one sister, Lucretia White of Wichita, KS; nineteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his father, Eugene White; brother, David White and grandson, Isaac White.
Graveside services for Jimmie will be 3:00 PM Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 at Red Hill Cemetery in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Terry White officiating. Family will serve as bearers.
