Kimberly Dawn Joao, age 60, of Greenbriar, Arkansas left us unexpectedly on February 21, 2024.
Kimberly was predeceased by her father, Conrad Russell Joao. She is survived by her daughters, Lei Lana Malia Mecca Moreno Joao Davis (Jon Davis), CondraSheera Konalei Russella Joao (Weston Young) and Slane Luca Smith Joao (Dustin Blasengame); her mother, Diane Lee Joao; her sister, Jacinda Gregory; her grandchildren, Raven, River, Briana, Jordan, Kaidan, JonDavid, Emerson, Shannon Grace, Oakleigh and Ryleigh. She is also survived by her life partner, Rick Frakes and stepdaughters, Nicolle, Amber and Haley. Services will be announced privately by her family.

The only person that I knew all my life that was truly blessed with such a wide variety of different talents and abilities that were only befitting to her! The one thing I envied so much about Kim, was her natural beauty and how it didn't matter what she wore as her attire, she had the uncanny ability to make it look good! Everything she did was a definite work of art in perfect poetic motion, seeing things from my perspective! Kim's n my relationship, went back to a time and place in life in which our families knew each other as well due to taking the same types of classes to learn and grow in the study of Healthcare benefits as a candystriper working together at the Sanitarium, in Deer Park, Ca! Our relationship with- stood many obstacles in life, that it became bitter sweet n somewhat cold and distant to say the least! Either way. Kim is the type of person one can't easily forget! She was always loved by all and now, much to my sadness. I will miss her so very dearly! Love you my sister! Now it's your turn to rest in peace until Jesus comes again!

Kimmy and I are cousins. We were playmates as children and she lived with us when she was a teenager in Oakland California. I have so many fond memories of Kimmy that have flooded my mind since I heard of her passing. My only regret is we lost contact over the years. I send my heartfelt condolences to all of her family.
