Shirley Holmes Dunn, age 88, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away February 16, 2024. Shirley was born November 1, 1935 to the late Riley and Lessie Finley Holmes. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Layton Dunn and her son, Joey Dunn.
Shirley made Clinton her home for 50 years. She was a member of Botkinburg Baptist Church. One of her passions was singing. Shirley enjoyed many years with Layton and running the livestock auction. She worked hard and expected everyone else to do the same. The customers at the livestock auction were her friends and family.
Shirley is survived by her daughter and son- in-law, Paul and Jill Rhoda and her brother and sisters, Lois Rice, Linda Moix and Jerry (Jo) Holmes. She also leaves behind her four grandchildren, Kya (Kylie) Rhoda, Kohlton (Riley) Gray, Kobin (Hanna) Rhoda and Klayton Rhoda; along with her four great grandchildren, Finley, Joey and Odie Rhoda, Elliott Gray and a special friend who was like her own daughter, Stacy Isom.
Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2024 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Conway, Arkansas.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I meet you mom when I first moved here at when her and Stacy were doing the vending machines at Beldon/Volex. She was a very friendly and sweet person. She thought a lot of her family and out Lord. She is one of the people who helped teach me of our Lord. She will be missed.
