Hershel (Buddy) Lee Skinner, Jr. of Marion, AR passed away on February 14, 2024. He was born on December 12, 1951 to Mr. Hershel Lee Skinner Sr. and Mrs. Clara Holmes Skinner in Hughes. Arkansas.
Surviving Hershel is his loving wife, Mary Skinner of Marion, Arkansas; one son, Marshall Skinner and wife, Kristy; four grandchildren, K.C., Lily, Jackson and Mason Skinner of Marion, Arkansas and a host of nieces and nephews.
Hershel worked in heavy equipment and mechanical work for over 50 years. He loved drag racing and dirt track racing.
Hershel was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel Lee Skinner, Sr. and Clara Lee Skinner; one brother, Leon and two sisters, Jewell and Anniebell.
He will be dearly missed by all the lives he left behind.
Visitation will be at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 North Pine Street, West Memphis, AR. 72301 on Sunday, February 18, 2024 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm.

I was sadden to here that my cousin had passed away. I know hes had it rough the last few years especially and hope his immediate family are doing well. Mary. Im sorry i couldnt be present today at the services. I was in Kansas all day yesterday and didnt get home until very late last night. Richard and I grew up around your husband and his siblings and now Buddy just closed the door as being the last of his parents children. Buddy was blessed with you as his wonderful wife, ya'lls son and your grandchildren. Life is good, its hard also but its full of great times also. My prayers are with you and all of Buddys family and friends .
