Chacha and Jessica, I can't even begin.....I am so,so sorry. Shocked. When I was in despair, it was Chuy who kept calling me and wouldn't let me fall any further. He revived me and my music. Put me back where I belong. I will be forever grateful that, when God told him to come rescue me,he put on his famous smile and said "Vamonos [sic] there's work to be done" We are blessed to have had him cross our paths. Vaya con Dios,mi hermanito.
Chuey was such a wonderful uncle!
He will be soooo very missed.
His smile and love for music will continue to make me and so many people smile until we meet again.
Love and prayers to ChaCha and Jessica

My condolences to all his family. He was very loved by Quack (claudio) my husband and I. He played baseball when he was young in Brackett. May he rest in peace and play and sing with the angels.
A man that lit the room with his smile and laughter. I met him 20 years ago as he represented the union (AFGE). He often professed his love for his wife and daughter. This world is a sadder place without him but his memory will live on. May God wrap his arms around his family and give them peace in this time of sorrow.
So sorry to hear about your loss. We worked with Jesus for many years at AFGE.
