Chris Lynn Flanagan, 53, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024. She was born August 4, 1970 to Charles and Linda Flanagan. Chris loved baking and doing crafts with her grandchildren, reading and watching anything about history. She also enjoyed putting puzzles together, doing word searches, playing games, coloring, traveling and her fur baby cats.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Charles (Brooke) Flanagan; daughters, Lindsey (James) Propst and Jessica Parham; grandchildren, Haidyn Flanagan, Kassidy Taylor, Chelsi Flanagan, Andrew Parham, Ryker Flanagan, Lacy Propst and sisters, Lee Ann (Billy) Hall and Melissa (Gary) Gilbert.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 2:30pm at Bishop Cemetery.
Those in honor of being pallbearers are Lee Ann Hall, James Propst, Christopher Sims, Billy Hall, Chuck Flanagan, Charles Flanagan, Andrew Parham and one honorary pallbearer, Ashly Addison.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Chris was one of those women who lit up a room, even if she was just calling you on the phone. She was kind and caring, warm yet bubbly. She had the most beautiful smile, loved to laugh, and was endlessly optimistic. We will greatly miss her. She was truly one of my favorite people.

I was saddened to hear the news. Although, I did not know Ms. Chris that long, she definitely brightened my days. It was a pleasure working with her. Prays to her family and love ones.

When I lived in Jonesboro, Ms. Chris was my favorite lady ever! Working with her, she would always have my back and she took care of me as if I was her own. I am so glad I got to know her and I pray the family has peace and love during this time and furthermore.

So many laughs, tears, and cries we have shared while working at Walmart together. Chris was a hoot to be around. She taught me a lot about operations in the Walmart Family. She will be missed dearly. Fly high woman!! May God be with you all and give you peace, love, and comfort.

Chris was part of our team and work family at Aspen Transportation for a while. She was always full of spunk and had a story to tell! I recently ran into her at Wal-Mart and am just so sad to hear this news. Prayers of comfort to her kids and entire family. I will definitely miss my cousin Christine Flanagan. She was always making people laugh. She had a beautiful heart and was just enjoying life by visiting different places and spending time with her sisters and her children and her grandchildren. I’m so glad I got to see her and her and her sisters visited in October 2022. She will be greatly missed.
