Ronald Michael Czanstkowski, 56, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at MD Anderson after a long battle with cancer.
Ron was born on September 16, 1967 to William and Joyce (Kozlowski) Czanstkowski in Elgin, Illinois. They moved to Mountain Home in 1979 and he graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1985. He went to North Arkansas Community College where he played baseball and then on to Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri where he received a degree in Mathematical Science and Education.
After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, he started his career at Mountain Home High School as a math teacher and football/baseball coach. He was the Principal at Mountain Home Junior High School and most recently was an Administrator at Mountain Home Public School District.
In 1988, Ron met Alecia (Paolillo) at Northwest Missouri State University. They were married on July 25, 1992. They have two children, Kaitlin and Ryan.
Ron's favorite activities include fishing, baseball, mowing the grass and spending time with family and friends.
Ron was proceeded in death by his father, William Czanstkowski; sister, Kathy (Czanstkowski) Sojka; paternal grandparents, Bruno and Naomi Czanstkowski; maternal grandparents, Charles (Chuck) and Loretta (Kozlowski) and grand nephew, Garrett Sherry.
He is survived by his wife, Alecia of Mountain Home; daughter, Kaitlin (Archie) and granddaughter, Teigann and grandson, Trei all of Houston, Texas; son, Ryan of Mountain Home; mother, Joyce Czanstkowski; brother, Mike (Karen) Czanstkowski of Ozark, Mo; sister, Jeri (Ray) Sherry of Mountain Home and brother, Tom (Jill) Czanstkowski of Mountain Home.
He has several nieces and nephews, Bethany (Sojka) Hughey, Adam Sojka, Samantha Sherry, Scott Sherry, Sydney Czanstkowski, Jacob Czanstkowski and Ali Czanstkowski; one grand niece, Daryn Sherry and two grand nephews, Lincoln Sherry and Grant Sherry.

Ron was a great teammate and an even better person.

We are so sorry for the loss of Coach C. He was a great impact in my life growing up. He gave me the attributes that have helped me in life and made me who I am today. I serve this country in the United States Army and I have done so well because of him. He was a great leader and influenced me to be one also. So sorry for your loss Alecia and family. Everyday, I am reminded of how precious life is and Ron vocalized this every time he was in the office. He often showed me pictures of that grandbaby. He would get so tickled to see her do the things our grandbabies do. He interviewed me and helped to bring me on board at the school 16 years ago, then he interviewed me again as he worked for the Transportation Department. We have had some great talks, laughs and wonderful moments. God bless all of you at this time.
