Charles William Weisenfels, 88, of Morrison Bluff, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 in Morrison Bluff. He was born on November 5, 1935 in Morrison Bluff to his parents, Anton and Mary (Seiter) Weisenfels.
Charles was a 1953 graduate of Subiaco Academy. He spent his entire working life farming. In the early years he was a dairy and row crop farmer. Later he transitioned to turkey and cattle farming. When he was younger he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan. He was a devoted family man and loved to follow all of his grandchildren in whatever activity they were involved with. He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and Men's Society and the Knights of Columbus Council 3787.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann (Siebenmorgen) Weisenfels; son, Glenn Weisenfels; granddaughter, Katie Frederick; daughter in law, Lisa Weisenfels; sister, Gertrude Rappold; brothers, Joseph Weisenfels, Edward Weisenfels, Eugene Weisenfels and Augustine Weisenfels and his sons in law, Donald Wewers, Jack Cunningham and Mike Frederick.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen Schluterman and husband John of Morrison Bluff, Donna Griffin and husband, Blair of Subiaco, Paula Frederick of Scranton, Debbie Stehle and husband, Carl of Subiaco and Jennifer Schluterman and husband, Junior of Subiaco; sons, Adrian Weisenfels of Morrison Bluff and Brian Weisenfels of Morrison Bluff; sister in law, Magdalene Cesare of Long Island, New York; grandchildren, Shelly Byrd and husband, Kenneth, Brandon Schluterman and wife, Brittney, Britt Schluterman and wife, Sarah, Mitch Wewers and wife, Britney, Marcus Wewers and wife, Savanna, Morgan Craig and husband, Dalton, Nicki Ruopp and husband, Marcus , Jason Frederick and wife, Micah, Kelsi Frederick and wife, Amber, William Stehle, Lindsey Stehle, Kristen McCombs and husband, Dagon, Heather Forst and husband, Dakota, Steven Schluterman and Cory Schluterman and great-grandchildren, Sophie and Waylon Byrd, Karsten and Kaiden Schluterman, Aspen and Annie Schluterman, Maston and Stella Wewers, Adaleigh and Cohen Wewers, Allie and Jude Ruopp, Austin and Preslee Bowman, Maggie Frederick, Heston Forst and one more on the way.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2024 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Morrison Bluff. Rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. following the visitation.
The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2024 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Jerome Kodell, O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Schluterman, Britt Schluterman, Mitch Wewers, Marcus Wewers, Jason Frederick, William Stehle, Steven Schluterman and Cory Schluterman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Shelly Byrd, Morgan Craig, Nicki Ruopp, Kelsi Frederick, Lindsey Stehle, Kristen McCombs and Heather Forst.

I have many wonderful memories of time I spent around all of you through out the years. I always was in awe of how much your Dad could get done in a day and still be happy at the end of it. The smile on his face always showed how much he loved his farm life and even more so, how much he loved and was proud of his family. Prayers to you all!

Losing a parent is never easy losing any loved one is never easy, but as long as we know that God is holding them in his hands and welcoming them into a new life, we should find solace in that. . It’s not that your father‘s life is ending. It’s that in new life is beginning for him your mother and the rest of your family that has gone before you to make a place for you. What a wonderful man your dad was! Very hard working!! One could really tell he was strong to his Faith!! He truly loved God and his family!! So very sorry for you loss but think about reunion that happened when went to heaven!!
