It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Ward Blake McGuire, aged 85, of Mountain Home, Arkansas. He peacefully departed this world on Monday, January 29, 2024 in Batesville, Arkansas. Blake was raised on a dairy farm north of Mountain Home and enjoyed farming.
Mr. Ward Blake McGuire of Mountain Home, AR was born on March 12, 1938 to Edgar and Gladys (Hargrave) McGuire. He was united in Marriage to Joyce "Annette" Morris on October 15, 1961. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Annette McGuire; sister, Marlene McGuire and two brothers, Jerry McGuire and Clyde McGuire. He is survived by daughter, Dasharma (Glen) Clark, Mountain Home; Son, Ward (Kim) McGuire of Ava MO; Eight grandchildren, Ryan(Lacy) Clark, Tera (James) Moore, Cassie (Mikey) Wyatt, Laura Clark, Ben McGuire (Arienne Pandi), Jacob (Mary) McGuire, Bekah (Brandon) Medders and Erin (Tim) Petty; two brothers, Jim (Betty) McGuire and Larry McGuire; one sister, Margaret Cearley; one sister in law, Melba McGuire; with a host of Great Grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Ward Blake McGuire was a cherished member of the community, known for his warm heart, kindness and unwavering dedication to his loved ones. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
During this difficult time, the McGuire family invites friends, relatives and acquaintances to join them in honoring and remembering the life of a remarkable man. Your presence and support will provide comfort as we come together to celebrate the beautiful journey of Mr. Ward Blake McGuire.

Dasharma and Ward, we lived neighbors to Blake and Annette for 34 years and before that Blake and I grew up on neighboring dairy farms. Great people and great neighbors. I always enjoyed visiting with them as I was walking my dog. Also Annette and I worked together at Baker Drug. Sure did miss them when they moved. God bless you and your families. Helen Gammill
Dasharma and family, I am so sorry for your loss. My dad passed away in September, he too was a native to the area and I just feel like they probably knew each other. Mike Turner and I will keep you in our thoughts during this very difficult time.

Dasharma, Ben and family so sad to see the loss of your Dad and grandfather he was definitely a very special man but I can only image the reunion of your dad and mother.
