Ashley Jean Parlet

of Yellville, AR

March 2, 1997 - December 23, 2023

Ashley Jean Parlet was born on March 2, 1997 in Mountain Home Arkansas, at the Baxter Regional Hospital along side her twin brother. Ashley was raised in Yellville in a loving family of 4 brothers and 4 sisters, her own real life version of the TV show Full House.

From a very young age Ashley showed an incredible love for the world and the people around her. She always took the long road, and never wanted to take the easy way. She loved a challenge which showed through her amazing skill at building and solving any puzzle picture or word, solving every rubix cube she could find, crochet, or just solve a sudoku puzzle in a matter of minutes. Ashley was gifted with a list of talents. She could sing beautifully, play many different instruments, dance, was a top cheerleader, could draw, cook, crochet anything she imagined, make anyone laugh, and so much more. She loved music and played snare drum, clarinet, bass clarinet, ukulele, and had the gift to play any instrument she put her hands on. She loved God and telling people who needed it about the Savior. She was a light in the world and people of all walks of life were drawn to her magnetic, outgoing, uplifting, confident, kind, nurturing, calming spirit that radiated from her. She knew how to make herself laugh and the people around her laugh harder.

Ashley graduated high school in 2015 and set out in her adult journey. She was so smart and one of the hardest working women that has walked the earth. Ashley was a woman of many trades. Hospitality, building, sales, anything she set her mind to however, her best role she ever stepped into was a position called ''Mom''.

Ashley had two beautiful children that that she loved more than anything in the world and wanted to make sure everyone knew how amazing they are. Her family will do everything in their power to teach them how amazing their mother is and how much she loved her children.

Ashley is survived by her two sons Asher Ivan Parlet and Alexander Drew Avila, Mother Roxanne Parlet (Adams) , Father Richard Parlet, stepmother Ashley Parlet, Great grandmother Vivian Blake, Great grandfather Calvin Voshel, grandparents Sue Linquist, Don and Robin Harlan, her little sister, Amaya Parlet, older sister Michelle Lunceford, older sister Melissa Fouraker, older sister Rachel Dyess, younger brother Cylas Parlet, older brother Brian Wills, older brother Eric Wills, and her twin brother Uriah Parlet. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and over 20+ nieces and nephews.

Ashley was proceeded in death by her Grandparents Dick and Linda Parlet of California, John and Betty Adams of Pennsylvania.

Arrangements by Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville are private.

Ashley was truly a beautiful soul. She was one of the very first who welcomed me to the Yellville Summit High School when I moved schools. She was an amazing mother and one of the best boat builders I ever got to work with. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and children, may the Lord carry you all through this extremely difficult time.
