I just saw this in scrolling through the obituaries. My thoughts and prayers are with Johnny and Joe Brad's family. I too always knew him as Johnny. I will always have wonderful memories of our growing up days with the Carter family. You are special to me.
It was truly not only an honor but a blessing to be Mr. Carters aide. He gave me something to look forward to at the end of my work day. He always greeted me with a smile and always kept a positive attitude. He was such a blessing and I'm greatful I was allowed what precious time we shared yogether. He will forever and always be in my thoughts. He changed my life forever. Love and Light Mr. Carter may you soar threw the stars and find your way to the Milkyway... Drops of Jupter just popped in my head. Anyone that knew him were blessed beyond measures. A true legend in my book.
Prayers for comfort for family of Johnny, childhood friend of the family. RIP.
I know that he will be missed by his family.God be with you all.
Johnny was a classmate of mine. Got to visit with him at our 50th class reunion. He was an intelligent, talented guy. With a big smile and spontaneous laugh. Rest in peace Johnny.
John will always be Johnny to me. To John’s family and Joe Brad and family, I send my humble sympathy. I’m sure Johnny is now stirring up some good trouble in the cosmos.
RIP, Johnny! Will never forget his singing "Red roses for a blue lady" when we were in a program @ Paris HS auditorium. Believe we were in grade school still. He "wowed" the room with his singing. God Bless & sympathy to family & friends.
Loved the Carter family. Many memories of "Johnny" during our school years at PHS. Prayers for comfort for his family.
To all the family. I'm very sorry for your loss. We have known each other for years. He will be missed.
What a fitting tribute to John to have his service on the day of the solar eclipse. May you rest in peace now, John. Sincerely, Celeste Fox, PHS Class 1973
