Harold H. Wood, 81 of Grand Rapids, MI, was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, December 30, 2023. He was born October 19, 1942, to Herbert Wood and Lorene Wood-Murphy. Harold was a warm, caring, loving husband, and grandfather. He grew up in Arkansas before moving to Michigan. He was a typesetter for the Washington Post Newspaper.

Harold is preceded in death by his wife, Juna Orefice-Wood; parents; brother, Ed Wood; nephews, Skip Brickell, and Tommy Christmas.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Neva Brickell, and Mary Ann Christmas; stepchildren, Joey (Julia) Orefice, Carmelo Jr. (Patricia) Orefice, Juno (Joanne) Orefice; grandchildren: Elayna, Dylan, Kaitlyn, Jenna, Madison, Isaiah, Willem, Leona; great-grandchild, Vincent; niece, Kelly Meed; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Burial will be private.
