Thomas N. Pipkin, born February 5, 1949, in Forrest City, Arkansas, passed away on January 8, 2024, in West Memphis, Arkansas. He was 74 years old.
Thomas was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He spent 45 years working in the logistics sector as a truck driver, ending his career at Grace Trucking. Thomas loved to fish and camp, spending time outdoors as much as he could. He was from a large family, having 11 brothers and sisters.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Alex Thomas Pipkin and Bessie Irene Ethridge Pipkin; brothers, Vernon Pipkin, Alex Pipkin, Jr., James Franklin Pipkin, and Jerry Wayne Pipkin; and sisters, Shirley Irene Gentry, and Marie Ann Koczka..
Surviving him is his wife, Peggy Pipkin; sons, Aaron Pipkin (Megan), and Johnny Pipkin (Ballie); Stacy Kendrick (Jamie), and step-daughters Christy Floyd and Tina Tolbert; grandchildren Brooklyn Floyd (Killian), Jayla McCaster, Harlem McCaster, Brian Tolbert, Michael Tolbert, Kelli Bentley, Ameila Paisley, Aubree Jaxon, Lydia Grace, and Aliyah Cameron; great grandchildren Kingston Floyd, Jaxon Tolbert, and Ezra; brothers, Larry Pipkin, Walter Pipkin, Paul Pipkin, Delbert Pipkin; and sister Betty Lou Bullock.
A memorial service will take place at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N. Pine St., West Memphis, Arkansas on February 17. 2024 beginning at 2:00 pm.
