Jessica LeAnn Palmer, 40, died Thursday, December 28, 2023 at her home in Lamar. She was born July 29, 1983 in Fort Smith to Teresa Ruthann (Daniel) and Manvil Lafelt Palmer. Jessica was a talented writer, composing many poems and short stories throughout her life. She loved dogs, especially ''Kittens'' (now deceased) and ''Tigger''. Jessica was a fan of Elvis Presley and she enjoyed fishing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Manvil Palmer and one sister, Crystal Palmer.
Jessica is survived by her fiancé, Joshua Burnett; her mother, Teresa Palmer; her parents-in-law, Jerry Burnett Sr. and Joe and Latuana Bolduc; eleven siblings, Valerie Houston and husband, Curtis, Tina Nichols, Susan Kemp, Josh Nichols, Jerry Burnett Jr., Charity Burnett, Joseph Burnett, Faith Burnett, Josiah Burnett and Katie Burnett; four nephews, Deaven Weaver, Darrin Weaver, Tyler DeBusk and Ryan Houston; two nieces, Victoria Moore and Codie Houston; ten great-nieces & nephews, Cali, Casey, Aaron, Brylee, Emberleigh, Aubree, Ivy, Violet, Rue and Gracie and numerous other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Annie's Chapel Cemetery in Hagarville. Deaven Weaver, Darrin Weaver, Tyler DeBusk, Ryan Houston, Jospeh Burnett, Josiah Burnett and Joshowen Culp will serve as casket bearers.

I loved her so much. I had the privilege I’m being her hairdresser she was very loving, intelligent and funny with her outlook. strong, very strong she will be missed and always be loved..
