Wilma Ruth Farmer, age 81, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at her home in Harrison. Wilma was born April 8, 1942, in Harrison, the daughter of Herbert and Orlena (Jones) Totten. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence Ray Farmer; and two sisters, Wanda Holmes and Jane Bright.
Wilma worked many years for North Arkansas Regional Medical Center and EMS dispatch. She enjoyed gardening, needlework, and her grandchildren.
Wilma is survived by her son, James Farmer; daughter, Christina Stuart and husband, Wayne; granddaughters, Andrea Burris and Alexis Farmer; grandson, Jaxon Stuart; sister, Mae Gwartney; and other family and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, December 30, 2023, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home with Bro. David Shekels officiating.
Burial was in the Jasper Cemetery.
Visitation was on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers were NARMC EMS.

I'm so sory to see this,I didnt see until now! I worked with this fun and energetic lady! I worked on the ambulance with james .I'm so sory for your loss james,I jst met one of your daughters wrking in the er not long ago! I'm sure your proud ,your mom was a fun lady.
I went to school with woman was blessed to know her many many years we were friends through the years she was a great lady she'll be missed by all of her family my thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am so sorry I didn’t know about this till Sunday. I would have sure came to service. Wilma was a wonderful person and a ‘mom’ to us all!!
Wilma was such a sweet lady n always a smiling face . I knew because my mom Linda Bolin also worked at the hospital n then in the er with my kids.

Mom you are supposed to live forever. Never have I met a more wonderful woman. She always welcomed me with open arms. Always had to toot when I came home at night to let her know I was okay. Haven't seen you much but loved you just the same. Prayers for Chrissy and Jimmy, love you both and here if you need anything. My heart is broken, loved her as my own.
