Paula "Lynn" Williams
On December 23, 2023, Heaven gained an angel. Paula "Lynn" Williams was born in February 18, 1969 and passed away on December 23, 2023 from complications of Pneumonia and Covid 19. Lynn was preceded in death by her father, Millard Elvie Willams and mother, Alene Dean. Lynn is survived by her siblings, Patricia Pooree , 57, of Accokeek, Maryland, Shirley Carnes, 56, of Cabot, Arkansas, Pamela Hensley, 61, of Lavaca, Arkansas and Tony Williams, 59, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas.
Despite facing the challenges of Down's syndrome, Lynn embraced life fully, finding joy in the simplicity of everyday moments. Lynn's heart was filled with simple pleasures and had a hankering for boys and fried potatoes, not necessarily in that order. Wooo Hooo, she loved some country cooking.
She formed a special bond with Barbara Gilliam, her group home house mother, who served as a friend, mentor and guardian. Lynn's affection for Barbara was evident to those around her, as she never liked to be too far away from her for too long.
In celebrating Paula "Lynn" Williams' life let us remember the genuine joy she found in the uncomplicated beauty of existence and the warmth she brought to those who were fortunate enough to share in her journey.
