We loved sweet Aunt Gladys. What a precious woman of faith. We are so very sorry. I know my Poppie, JW Laycook, & all the others are so happy now that she is in Heaven with them & Jesus! Sending love & prayers to you all. Love yall.
Gladys Carter loved my children & treated them like family. We have so many wonderful memories from time spent with Mr. & Mrs. Carter in their home. We are grateful for their influence & feel blessed for them to have been a part of our lives.
Aunt Gladys was very special to Joe and me. She was kind, loving and thoughtful. I became a niece to her after Joe and I married. I was blessed she loved us so much. Gladys always made us laugh and enjoy every moment we were with her. When we had children they loved her and delighted being around. Some of my grandchildren lives in Conway and she taught them many things. We will miss her.
Debbie and family, I know this is a hard time! My thoughts and prayers are with you as you navigate this season with each other and Mr. Tommy.
Much love,
Janna Terry
Gladys was such a sweet Southern lady. I have missed the fun times at cemetery work days when Harlan, JW, Gladys and Tommy were all there. Lots of jobs accomplished with so much laughter. Prayers for Tommy and family.
