I'm shocked and saddened to learn of Norman's death. We were in the Benton Class of 57, so at our age, perhaps I shouldn't be shocked. But I am, because Norman was an institution, an icon, for our reunion-connected class. He was always so smart, handsome, well-dressed, and charming that he represented the concept of class to our class. I will have him and his grieving wife in my thoughts for some time.
Norman Casey was one of our very special classmates from the Benton Arkansas High School Class of 1957. Norman and Elaine attended many class reunions, class parties, and class luncheons from 1957 to 2019. Our condolences go out to Elaine Casey and all of Norman's family.
