My memories of Paul are precious. He was the big brother I never had. He was always there to give me a ride on his motorcycle or attempt to teach me to water ski. He was such a kind soul.

Paul, you were always there when I had a technical issue. You were quick to respond and never left my side until the issue was resolved. I will truly miss seeing you when I was at the South campus.
A gentle soul who will be missed.
I was honored to work with Paul since 2007 at UA - Pulaski Tech. He was ALWAYS so very kind and helpful to me and my entire department (Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute). He was never too busy to answer our questions, assist my faculty and staff and work directly with students. He had the best personality and treated everyone with respect and made us laugh. No question or problem was too challenging for him to answer or fix. I treasure memories of our discussions and "tall tales" about riding motorcycles! I'm truly sorry for your loss. I am sending prayers and positive thoughts for Paul's family during this time of sadness. Renee
Paul is a very good and kind-hearted man that brightened up everyone whom he had come in contact with. I know that every time a called Paul for help he always welcomed and helped me without no hesitation. I am so glad I got to meet him before the Heavenly Father called him home. He leaves with me wonderful conversations and memories. In a world like this we truly need ones like him in our lives. I truly will miss you in the flesh, Paul!
My deepest condolences, this news was heartbreaking, I'm definitely going to miss my buddy Paul. He was always in good spirits, cracking jokes and speaking in one of the many languages he's learned; I was like, " WHAT!", then he'd tell me what it meant in English. I'll think of Paul every single time that I pass his office over here at UAPTC Little Rock South. Extending Prayers for him and his family during these trying times, may God Bless you and keep you, in Jesus Christ name, AMEN.
Paul was always nice to me. He was always willing to help me at work dealing with my IT needs. I will miss his kindness at work. To his family I am sorry for your loss. May the Lord comfort you during this tough time.

Mr. Paul always went above and beyond to help anyone, no matter the need. He was an integral part of our UA-PTC Family and his kind heart will be missed by his second family here. Thoughts and prayers to his loved ones in the time of grief.
I had the pleasure of working with Paul for many years at the South campus and he was always a pleasure to work beside. My condolences to his family (Billy your dad was one of the best men I know) because I know he will be greatly missed!
Fly high you crazy dragon!!
I'm new to UAPTC and Mr. Woods was one of the first staff members I had the pleasure of meeting over the phone. I spoke with him in late October and early November. He was funny, friendly and very helpful. I will be lifting his family in prayer. The Lord bless and keep you all.
During my time at the LRS campus, Paul was my "go to man" whenever I had technology challenges. I cannot remember a time when he did not respond. He was helpful to my students as well when they were having problems with the checked out laptops. He actually would come to my classroom and troubleshoot instead of waiting afterwards. [I had Paul on speed dial - ha! ha!] What was funny is that he would like to try and explain what he was doing and I would always tell him that I wasn't going to remember. We would chuckle and he would work his magic. I would thank him and he would be on to his next project. His personality was ALWAYS the same. I never saw another side of him other than a smile and willingness to help. He will be missed.
