Mamie Elizabeth Smith Kelley, age 102, of North Little Rock passed away November 16, 2023. She was born June 3, 1921 in Conway, Arkansas to Rabe and Mamie Tilley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Odell Smith and John Kelley; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Barbara Roberts; son-in-law, Jimmy Keathley and special friend, Stanley Kelley.
Survived by daughter, Sandra Gail Keathley; two grandsons, Brent Keathley and Shannon Keathley; six great-grandchildren, Brittany Wilson, Brandon Keathley, Justin Keathley, Jason Keathley, Kara Keathley and Bryce Keathley and five great great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Knox Wilson, Jackson and Carter Keathley and Aimsley Keathley.
She was a member of Berean Baptist Church.
Mamie was totally devoted to her family, loved to travel and loved her flowers.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at The Lakes of Maumelle.
Services will be Tuesday, November 21st at 3:00 p.m. at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
Services under the direction of Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock.

Gail, I was so sorry to read about your mom’s passing. No matter how long we have them, we’re still not ever ready to give them up. She was a doll.
