Amy, I was so saddened to see of your sweet momma’s passing. Boy, did she love animals, especially her dogs, and the ones at the shelter that the Humane Society helped save. She was a very special lady, and we all enjoyed seeing her when she came into the Animal Hospital. Prayers for her entire family.
I was trying to locate Linda and got her obituary. I have thought about her a thousand times . She was a wonderful person and we helped so many animals in this area for years . We spent hours at the local animal shelter cleaning and taking the animals to adoption days in Memphis . Loved her dearly . This is a reminder to stay in touch with those we care about .
Such a sweet kind lady. She will truly be missed by her family and all the people that knew her God bless Linda’s family in the days ahead.
I'm so very sorry Amy. I pray she rests in peace.

Amy, I am so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was such a precious lady and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sending hugs and prayers.
Linda and Don were wonderful neighbors to my mother and father in-law, Shelba and Bobby Lester for many years in Marion, AR. And, of course, my mom has been a friend of Linda's for as long as I can remember. One of the last times I saw her, she and Dolly Willis were visiting my mom and dad in Collierville, TN. I got a laugh out of it because they were all sitting in the hearth room wrapped in blankets. Such a wonderful memory. Leslie, Missy and Amy, you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Love from the "Weis" family.
Leslie, I cherish my memories of your mother and your family as we were growing up. I loved her so much and always thought she was so beautiful and classy. Much love to you, Missy and Amy. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
So sorry to hear of Mrs. Byrd's passing. My thoughts & prayers are with her family & friends. She loved animals & made it her lifes work to make sure they were being taken care of. I knew her from her many visits to the Animal Hospital.
I will cherish her memory. I will miss our talks about books. I will especially miss our talks about Zoey. I am eternally grateful to know her.

Mama Byrd, as my friends and I knew her, was a Southern lady in every way. She was fierce, friendly, funny and loved her family and their collective chosen families without fail and without judgment.
She will be missed greatly.
Many fond memories of Mrs. Byrd! Amy and I graduated from St. Mary’s in Memphis and also together at the University Of Tennessee. Mrs. Byrd and my mother had the best of times driving to Knoxville to visit us! Many laughs! Mrs. Byrd was a very smart woman who instilled the love of books and animals to her daughters. I hope Sherry and Linda are laughing right now in Heaven.
Prayers that you may be comforted by the many happy memories of your mom.

I value the years that we’ve been friends. I’m sure going to miss you! Love you!
