LeRoy "Lee" Andrew Loosse, a loving husband, father, grandfather and a dedicated US Navy Veteran, peacefully passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 91. He was born on September 15, 1932 and leaves behind a legacy of warmth, devotion and service.
LeRoy is survived by his devoted wife of 71 years, Mercedes E. Loosse and their two sons, James and Thomas. He is also remembered fondly by his daughters-in-laws, Arlene and Susan. LeRoy was a cherished grandfather to his grandson, Matthew and his beloved grandson, James Shustowicz. His granddaughter, Katherine Martin, holds precious memories of her grandfather close to her heart.
LeRoy's service to our country as a US Navy Veteran is a testament to his commitment and love for his nation. He displayed the same dedication in his faith and was an active member of Saint Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church. His unwavering faith and commitment to his community were an inspiration to all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the local Boy Scouts of America in memory of LeRoy. This organization held a special place in his heart and your contribution would honor his legacy and support a cause he deeply cared about.
LeRoy Andrew Loosse's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. His life was a beautiful example of love, service and devotion and his legacy will continue to shine brightly through the lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and remembered with love and gratitude.
Funeral services to celebrate LeRoy's life will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Roller Funeral Home.
