Ozetta Viola Holderman Goodwin, 80, of Benton, Arkansas passed away on October 22, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at Trinity Baptist Church at 3pm Saturday, October 28, 2023 with visitation at 2pm before the service.

A second memorial service will be held at North Orange Baptist Church at 3pm on Saturday, November 4, 2023 with visitation at 2pm before the service.

Ozetta was born in Benton, AR on February 28, 1943. She was the daughter of Gladys and Earl Holderman. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church after being a long time member of North Orange Baptist Church. She spent her adult years in Orange, TX and after Hurricane Harvey she moved back to Benton. She loved her family very much and facetimed with them every week. On moving back to Benton she found loving friends at church and in the community and felt like that is where she belonged. She was a volunteer with Hospice, active with Al-Anon, loved going to estate sales, loved going to Whippet and eating catfish weekly and she loved to play cards with her friends any chance they got.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of almost 50 years, Stanley Goodwin Sr.; beloved grandsons, Duncan Goodwin and Conner Goodwin and brother, Ron Holderman.

She is survived by her daughter, Christy George and husband, Craig; sons, Stanley J Goodwin Jr and wife, Wendy, Joshua Bland and wife, Robynn. Grand-children, Jerad Ridgaway, Joshua Ridgaway, Lindsey George, Rylie George (who shared a birthday with her), Aubree Holdreith , Maddie Holdreith, Eva Goodwin, Tim Smith (Lauren), Sean Bland (Cady) and Morgan Bland. Great-grandchildren, Kyle Ridgaway, Karson Ridgaway, Harper Ridgaway, Koda Kee, Alek Bland, Katherine Bland, Harrison Bland, Kepler Smith and Marin Smith. Special friends, Kent Smurl, Phyllis and Bryce Minner, Sandra Colvert and Lynda Smith.
