Lindsey Starkey Goodwin, age 45, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, formerly of Yellville, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her home.
She was born April 23, 1978 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan.
Lindsey is survived by her father and step-mother, David and April Starkey of Mountain Home; her mother and step-father, Christie and Kenneth Gilley of Yellville; her husband, Chris Goodwin of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; her step-brother, Robbie Williams (Rita) of Mountain Home; her step-sisters, Amie Cotter (Brett), Sarah Blair (Cody) and Kelly Montgomery (James) all of Mountain Home; her aunts, Cynthia McKinney (Earl, Jr.) of Berryville, Tracey Sevald (Mike) of Flippin, Nancy Choate (Glenn) of Searcy and her uncle, Doug Starkey (Tammy) of Yellville; several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Howard Jr. and Helen Starkey; her maternal grandparents, Billy Frank and Wanda Smith and her step-brother, Ben Gilley.
A memorial service for Lindsey will be 2:00 pm Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Yellville Church of Christ in Yellville.
Interment will follow at De Soto Cemetery near Yellville.
Because Lindsey was an avid Razorback fan, the family requests that those attending her memorial service wear Razorback attire.

We just found out that Lindsay passed away tonight. I still can't hardly believe it. We are so sorry for your loss Chris and all her family. We loved Lindsay like a sister and you as well Chris.. I can remember the first time I meant her
.she came over to apologize for her cat getting on our balcony and then we met you. It was like an instant friendship. All the nights playing games and just hanging out on the balcony listening to music having fun. We love you both so much! Remember when I got addicted to Adele and yall would threaten to leave if I got her out So many great memories. We will miss Lindsay Lou! What you gonna do
