Stacy Dewayne Collins

of Osceola, AR

January 8, 1971 - October 14, 2023

Stacy Dewayne Collins, lovingly known as Duckhead, graced this world on January 8, 1971 in Osceola, Arkansas, born to the embrace of Robert and Cornelia Collins. A proud graduate of Osceola High School, Stacy's heart found its truest joy in the fields, cultivating the land he loved.

From an early age, Stacy found solace in his faith, accepting Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. His soul found a home within the walls of St John MBC, where his spirit was nurtured and his heart found belonging.

Stacy's passions were as boundless as his love. He reveled in the thunderous cheers of football, finding peace behind the wheel of a tractor and creating culinary magic with an avidity only matched by the warmth of his heart.

On the serene afternoon of October 14, 2023, Stacy gracefully exchanged earthly time for an eternal embrace with the Divine. Waiting with open arms were his beloved parents, Robert and Cornelia Collins, along with his dear brothers, Curtis and Jerry Collins.

Forever etched in the hearts of those who cherished him are the memories of Stacy's love, carried on by his devoted life partner, Alicia Woodson; his cherished son, Jocque Collins and his adored daughters, Staci Collins, Samaiyah Collins and Miley Winford. He leaves behind a legacy of love woven by his sisters, Gloria Collins of Osceola, AR and Carla Love (Marvin) of Little Rock, AR; as well as his brothers, Robert Collins (Deloris) of Cincinnati, OH, LC Collins of Osceola, AR and Danny Collins (Wanda) of Jonesboro, AR. His light continues to shine brightly through his treasured grandchildren, Legend and Titan.

Stacy's love ripples through generations, touching the lives of nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends. In the tapestry of his life, he leaves an indelible mark, a testament to the depth of his love and the expanse of his heart.

Stacy Collins - Duckhead was an incredible partner to my sister and fit into our family perfectly. To me, we felt like brothers from the second my sister started dating him. He was warm, kind, and always ready to have a good time.

"Laughter is good for the soul." This quote could have originated from Stacy "Duckhead" Collins because ANYTIME you were in his presence, you were definitely going to do just that....LAUGH!!
Whatever we have once enjoyed deeply, we can never lose and I'm sure Stacy has left a long lasting impact on everyone that was blessed to be his friend or just in his presence!
My deepest condolences to Alicia, The children, The Collins Family and to Stacy's closest friends. I pray the Lord comfort and strengthens each of you as you process living without his presence. I also pray you all find PEACE in knowing that Stacy no longer has to suffer, and that he is finally resting peacefully in the arms of his Creator.
Lovingly Submitted,
Denise "Dee-de" Jackson
