Frank Turley, 81, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord October 16, 2023. He was born on July 14, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Frank and Arlene Turley. Frank grew up in California. He worked in the retail industry for over 50 years. He loved to fish. Frank was a devoted father to Marcus and Kristine and devoted grandfather to Alex.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Dianne Schanbacher and Judy Mugnani. Frank is survived by two children, Marcus Turley (Shannon); Kristine Hokett (Skip); one nephew, Kevin Anderson (Mark) and one granddaughter, Alexandra Hokett.

A private graveside service will be held at Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle.
