Mrs. Norma Jean Hoeppner, 85, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023 in Mountain Home. She was born on January 14, 1938 in Harrison, Arkansas to E. Dale and Yuma (Scott) Smith. She was married to Robert Hoeppner (53 years this year). She was a realtor, owned her own hair salon and a retired cafeteria worker. She loved playing card games with her friends, crafting and traveling. She was a very outgoing person with a spunky personality who never met a stranger.
Norma is survived by 1 son, Raymond; 1 stepdaughter, Michelle; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents and 2 sons, Robert and Kenneth.
Services will be private.

Ms. Norma was one of my favorite people. She was fun and full of life and I loved sitting next to her at events as she told me about her adventures. She will be very missed! I aspire to be more like her.
