Macon was a good friend…a kind gentleman..Helena will miss him..A very dependable person……blessings…..Ann
In early September 1963, Macon and I were trucked off to The Baylor School for Boys, then a military academy, in Chattanooga, TN. His brother, Clark, followed a year later. It was a wild ride. They were two of my closest friends for many years. Now, both are gone. I miss them greatly. I believe Macon must have seen damn near every movie ever made. He was the true Moviegoer. Peace, brother.
A kind and gentle soul. Rest in peace, your work on this earth is done. You will be missed.
Dear, sweet Macon, a gentleman through and through, we will miss you sitting behind us in Church, the first to pass the peace, the peace of the Lord be with you, dear friend.
