Jana French Carruth, 57, of Maumelle passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 30th at her home. She was born February 25, 1966 in Harrison to Marvin and Loretta Penn French.
Jana attended Pine Bluff High School. After graduation, she continued her education at UAPB and Jefferson County Nursing School where she received her nursing degree. She used her degree at UAMS and the VA Hospital, both in Little Rock. Jana's nature was that of a loving and giving person. No one could give bigger. Jana was of the Missionary Baptist belief.
She is survived by a brother, Bradley French of Maumelle; niece, Ariana French and her mother, Cathy both of Little Rock; uncle and aunt, Don and Brenda Gregory of Bryant; cousins, Justin (Shea) Gregory of Hot Springs and their children, Ashur and Hadlee and Hunter Gregory of Sheridan and his children, Devin, Emma and Kendall. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin French; mother, Loretta Penn French and brother, Robert Hugh French.
Interment was next to her brother in Forest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Arrangements were by Roller-Drummond Funeral Home.
