Paula Wiley, 57, of Paris, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Ft. Smith.
Paula was born February, 22, 1966 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents Larry Turner and Phyllis (Canada) Turner. She was the manager for the Ozark Housing Authority and was a member of Paris First Assembly of God. She enjoyed watching butterflies and birds, listening to George Strait, Christian music and yellow roses. Her greatest passion was spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as helping those who were in need.
She is preceded in death by her son, Cody Wiley; the love of her life, Bud Wiley; both sets of her grandparents and a brother-in-law, Jerry Wiley.
She is survived by her parents, Larry and Phyllis Turner of Paris; two daughters, Randa Nauman and husband, Jason and Kendra Harmon and Jeff Osborne both of Van Buren; two brothers, Paul Turner and wife, Shelly of Ozone and Brandon Turner of Paris; one sister, Sheri Turner and husband, Bill Elsken of Paris; six grandchildren, Zachary Nauman, Blaine Nauman, Alliyah Wiley, Josie Baker, Rayleigh and Lane Darr; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Friday, October 6, 2023 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris followed by burial at Hickory Grove cemetery in St. Louis Valley.
Funeral arrangements and services are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Zachary Nauman, Blaine Nauman, Jason Nauman, Kaedon Turner, Julian Turner and Chaise Turner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Turner, Paul Turner and John Shibley.
My Deepest Sympathy goes out to you Paula and you were there when Daddy passed I'm sure he was an unexpected welcome on the other side wish we both had them back Much love may grow through us because we had them both in our lives... I loved her so much, she always scolded me when I did something bad, you were the best cousin I ever had. My condolences to the rest the family, love you Paula, one day we will meet again. May you rest in peace.

My mom was such a strong woman. She showed everyone what it was to be a fighter! She is greatly missed already. My heart aches because she is not here, but I am happy that she is no longer in any pain. She has reunited with so many loved ones in heaven. I love you mom!
