J.C. Huggins passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at the age of 75, in Elaine, Arkansas. J. C. was the youngest of six siblings born to Mattie and Aubrey Huggins.
He is survived by one sister, Adrea Miller of Elaine, Arkansas and one brother, Jack Huggins of Intercession City, Florida.
J.C. is preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Aubrey Huggins; brothers, Clois Huggins (Patty), Sonny Huggins (Ruth); one sister, Undean Pittman; one brother-in-law, Sammy Miller and sister-in-law, Doris Huggins.
J.C. served in the United States Army. He served his community in Florida by working at the Central Florida Community Breadbasket and doing benefit BBQs with his brothers.
J.C. enjoyed spending time with his friends and family alike. He had many nieces and nephews that he loved and cherished. J.C. had a very special friendship with Greg and Donna Faulkner.
J.C. loved the Lord and attended Lambrook Baptist.
J.C., also known as Cockster, will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held one hour prior at 1:00 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

So sorry for the loss of your brother Mrs Miller. JC was very special friend to Sid and I while we stayed this past winter in Elaine. I guess you could say he welcome us back if only for a short while. When we miss him going around town on his scooter we worried that he had gotten sick but he let us know he had been out of town visiting family. Sid was always telling him to slow down through town he might just a ticket for speeding. You all were a good friend to my mother while she was alive and never forget that. Thanks for the good memories that JC and the rest of your family have left me to remember.
I new J C he was a couple of years behind me in School at Melwood I think, he was a good person I know he will be Missed. God Bless!

J.C. was a good guy and always nice. Sorry to hear of his passing. I always thought a lot of the Huggins family as they were a part of my growing up years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
