Jeffrey Lynn Newsom, 65, of West Memphis, Arkansas passed away at his home on September 22, 2023.
Mr. Newsom was the son of the late John P. and Betty L. Newsom. He attended Marion High School and was a retired equipment operator.
Along with his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brothers, Jackie Joe Newsom and Greg Newsom, and a sister, Johnny Fay Browder. He is survived by a brother, John P. Newsom, Jr., of Marion, Arkansas, several nieces and nephews and many friends.

I can't believe that the first love of my teenage life has passed away. It makes me so sad. I remember going to watch him race motorcycles. Jeff will certainly be missed. My condolences to the family.

I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing. He was a long time friend for many years. He had a good heart and great personality.
