H. A. Wortham left his earthly home to join his wife, June, in heaven on September 23, 2023. He was born to William and Delia Wortham on November 5, 1932. He leaves behind a son, Mike (Julie) Wortham and a daughter, Dianna (Randy) Strayhorn. His grandchildren include Cody (Richelle) Wortham, Ryan (Stevi) Bernaiche, Reid (Anna) Wortham, Sara (Corey) Cooper, Nathan (Jordan) Strayhorn, Alex Strayhorn and Alexander Wong. His great grandchildren include Braiden, Ana Claire and Ridge Wortham, Ace Bernaiche, Connor McBride, Ava and Adelyne Cooper and Wilder and Josie Strayhorn.
He also leaves behind two sisters, Betty Jo Jackson and Wanda Rose, as well as many nieces and nephews.
H. A. enjoyed a good cup of coffee and an immaculate car. However, most of all he loved his wife and family. His family will miss him greatly.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at White County Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home.
