We met in the early 70’s when we moved into a new subdivision about the same time. A bonded friendship started right away, and it has spanned the years. While moves took us to different states and in different directions, we managed to stay in touch and continued to visit, travel and support each other through many life changes. Penny was one of those forever friends, always fun, always caring, always the same loving spirit. Our birthdays were just a couple of weeks apart, and she always called me to remind me I was now older than she was! I will miss this sweet friend. Sending loving prayers to Ronnie, Deanna and their families for peace and comfort.
It was always a special day when your beautiful Penny came to Chenal to golf! She was a shining star in our day! We will always remember that sweet smile and laughter of a very special friend. Rest well sweet lady! Love to all the family. Darla Goodwin

Penny was one of my dearest friends the years I lived in Hot Springs. She was a wonderful person, and I feel privileged to have known her. We have lost touch since I moved to CO seven years ago, and I was shocked to learn of her death. I'll always remember her and cherish our friendship. My heartfelt condolences to her children and grandchildren.
Penny was my mother’s dearest friend and one of my many “mothers†when growing up in Hope. She taught, disciplined, and loved me. I picture her on the tennis court with my mom living her best life. I loved her and will miss her dearly!
Penny will be terribly missed. Our hearts go out to her family. Now may she rest in peace and her and Ron Sr. Are together watching and taking care from there family from above.
You have my Symphathy!
