Dear Joyce, Clayton and Allison,
You and your family have never been forgotten since we first met you all back in September of 2005 as evacuees from Hurricane Rita. We met at a football game and God orchestrated the meeting! You all were so loving and caring for us and helped our family get into schools, church, etc.. David was not well at the time but he kept on going as a loving father , husband and new friend to us!
It is with much sadness and sorrow that your dear Abby has left your lives so soon. May the King of Kings and Lord of Lords be in your heart and home as you mourn her absence. You will be in our hearts and prayers.
God's peace and comfort

Without a doubt, you will be missed. The students, staff, and faculty all feel your absence and miss your contagious smile. You brought so much joy to so many people. I miss being able to say "good morning" to you each day as you walked by my desk. I wish we could have gone on our girls trip to Texas Hill Country and explored the places we each loved to talk about. I miss talking about adventures with our beloved pets and showing pictures of them to each other. I am beyond blessed to have been able to share such a short time with you.
