James Paul "Jimmy" Edings, 71, of Jonesboro, AR passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at his home. He was born March 1, 1952 in Joiner, AR to George and Pauline (McElroy) Edings. Jimmy was a police officer and loved fishing and hunting.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left behind to cherish the wonderful memories of Jimmy include a son, Billy Edings; a daughter, Katie Edings; one grandchild; a brother, George (Dora) Edings, Jr. and a sister, Paula (John) Craft.
