Mary Ellen Robbins, 89, of Little Rock (formerly of Alexander) passed away peacefully on August 24, 2023.

Mary was born in Pecan Pointe, Mississippi County, AR on October 13th, 1933 to William Albert and Myrtle Brownlow (nee Akins). She was retired from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern Arkansas District. Previous employment included the United States Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Throughout her life, Mary enjoyed spending time with friends and family, gardening, reading and attending services at the Church of God Central Arkansas.

Mary is survived by a stepson, Craig Robbins and his wife, Sharon of Maumelle; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Don Robbins; her parents; five brothers, (Russell, Allen, Charles, Samuel and Edward), four sisters, (Hazel, Evelyn, Barbara and Ruth) and stepson, Lyndall Robbins.

A funeral service will be held in the Chapel at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, Benton, Arkansas on Thursday, August 31st at 10 am. Visitation will be prior to the service. A reception will follow the service. Mary will be laid to rest at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, Arkansas.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff of Andover Place, Independent Seniors of Arkansas and Hospice Home Care for their friendship and compassionate loving care of Mary.
